Medical products are manufactured with scientific injection molding principles. We study sheer rate (vs.) viscosity and also perform hold time studies. We utilize SIM to develop process optimization. Medical molding as well as complete component assembly, takes place in Eimo’s Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) cleanroom.  ISO 9001/2000
